Note: Having been raised in a multicultural environment I am particularly attuned to understanding those ‘unspoken’ rules, beliefs and values that come with various cultures. That knowledge and awareness enables me to connect with my clients empowering them to feel comfortable and at ease.
I don’t ever want people to feel as if something is ‘Wrong’ with them because they experience anxiety, or that they are inundated with pills as their first call of action. I am here to change that, to change the stigma surrounding mental health and the Wellness of the Mind.
